Why does an export show “Completed” but less than 100% progress?

In Xada, an export is marked as Completed or Partially Completed once all eligible products have been successfully processed.

The percentage shown reflects the total number of products in the export batch, including those that are not eligible for sync. If some products do not meet the requirements for export, they are skipped, which is why the progress may appear below 100%.

Common reasons products are skipped:

  • Missing or inactive pricing
  • Inactive or incomplete product data
  • Required fields not populated
  • Other conditions preventing the product from being synced

What this means

  • Completed status = All valid, export-ready products were processed successfully
  • Less than 100% progress = Some products in the batch were not eligible and were skipped

Summary

Even if the progress shows less than 100%, the export has completed successfully for all products that were ready to sync. The remaining percentage represents products that require attention before they can be included in future exports.
