Why is my export marked as “Partially Completed”?
An export marked as Partially Completed does not necessarily indicate an error. This status simply means that some active products did not meet the requirements for export at the time the export was run.
Common reasons include:
- Prices were not activated, or
- Prices had not been marked up
Although these products appear in the export details (because they are active), they are not considered export-ready. As a result, they are skipped during the export process, which causes the overall export to be marked as partially completed.
To investigate further, you can click the “View” button next to the export. This will display a detailed list of products along with any errors or warnings explaining why they were not exported. This information can be used to correct the configuration and ensure the products are included in the next export run.
