Why is my export stuck in a “Validating” status?
When an export is in the Validating status, it means the process has been paused and requires manual intervention before it can continue. This safeguard is automatically triggered when an export would result in the deletion of categories, brands or more than 10 products.
To prevent accidental large-scale deletions, Xada places the export on hold. When this occurs, an automatic notification email is sent to Xada users, advising that the export has been paused and requires review before proceeding.
