Products Overview
You can view and manage products in bulk from the Products Index page. This page displays key product information at a glance, including:
- Product name
- Associated images
- Supplier
- Categories
- Status (active or inactive)
You can also create new products directly from this page.
Number of Products Displayed
By default, the page displays 50 products at a time. You can change this to show more or fewer products using the dropdown located in the top-right corner of the page.
Customising Visible Columns
A standard set of columns is shown by default. However, you can customise which columns are visible by selecting or deselecting them from the column settings menu. Simply tick the columns you want to display and untick those you wish to hide.
Product Status and Visual Indicators
- Products can be marked as active or inactive directly from this page.
- Hovering over a product image will display a larger preview, making it easier to see the product clearly.
- Suppliers highlighted in green are active. Suppliers shown in grey are inactive.
Sorting and Filtering Products
All columns on the Products Index page can be sorted and filtered, making it easier to find specific products, suppliers, or categories.
Sorting
To sort by a column, click the up or down arrow in the column header. This allows you to sort information in ascending or descending order.
Filtering
To filter results, click the filter icon next to the column you wish to filter. You can then enter or select the value you want to filter by.
Editing a Product
To edit a product, click the “Edit” button on the right-hand side of the row for the product you wish to update.
Duplicating a Product
Duplicating a product is a quick way to create a new product using an existing one as a starting point.
