Deactivate Discontinued Products

This rule is used to automatically deactivate products that have been marked as discontinued.

It typically runs after the Activate Products rule to ensure that discontinued items are not kept active on your catalogue.

Rule Setup

Condition:

• Product is active

  AND

• Discontinued = Yes

Action:

• Deactivate Product

How It Works

This rule targets products that are:

• Currently active
• Explicitly marked as discontinued

When both conditions are met, the product is automatically deactivated.
