How can I change a product MOQ?

MOQs in Xada are typically based on the supplier’s original data, where the minimum quantity (e.g. 25) is used as the base pricing tier. However, this can be adjusted using quantity break rules.

To change the MOQ:

1. Go to Rules
2. Create or update a quantity break rule
3. Define conditions to target the relevant products (e.g. by supplier or category)
4. In the Actions section, select Set option qty 1
5. Enter the value you want to use as the new MOQ (e.g. 10)

If needed, you can add additional actions to update other quantity tiers, such as qty 2, qty 3, and so on.
