Verified Products

What are verified products?

If your Xada is connected to a supplier API feed, you may see this green 'Verified' badge on several of your products inside the product edit page. A verified product is a product that has been confirmed by the product's supplier via your supplier feed as accurate and up to date within the last three months.

This allows users to quickly identify products that have recently been reviewed and approved by the supplier and to confirm that key product information is current and reliable.

Best Practice

Just because a product is not verified does not mean that you cannot add a product to your storefront. Three months is a short timeframe, and most suppliers do not update the data for every product this often. While an unverified product is not a problem, discontinued products are a different story which you can read about here:
