Rules Conditions (with descriptions)

Product Basic Info

  • Name is empty: Checks if the product name field is blank.
  • Name is not empty: Checks if the product name field is filled.
  • Name equals: Matches the exact product name.
  • Name does not equal: Excludes a specific product name.
  • Name contains: Matches part of the product name.
  • Name does not contain: Ensures product name does not include certain text.
  • Size is any of these: Matches one or more specific size values.
  • SKU is any of these: Matches one or more SKUs.
  • SKU does not equal: Excludes a specific SKU.
  • SKU starts with: Matches SKUs beginning with given text.
  • SKU ends with: Matches SKUs ending with given text.
  • Description is empty: Checks if the product description is blank.
  • Description is not empty: Checks if description is present.
  • Description equals: Matches exact description text.
  • Description does not equal: Excludes specific description.
  • Description contains: Matches part of description text.
  • Description not contains: Ensures description does not include certain text.
  • Brand is empty: Brand field is blank.
  • Brand is not empty: Brand field is filled.
  • Brand equals: Matches exact brand.
  • Brand does not equal: Excludes a brand.
  • Brand contains: Matches part of brand name.
  • Brand not contains: Ensures brand does not include certain text.

Pricing

  • Option Price (1–8): Same set of conditions but applied to option-level prices.
  • Addition Price (1–8): Same set of conditions but applied to addition-level prices.
  • Option Qty × Price (1–8): Conditions based on quantity × unit price for options.
  • Addition Qty × Price (1–8): Conditions based on quantity × unit price for additions.

Status & Workflow

  • Product Purchase or Request a Quote is: Matches the selling mode.
  • Supplier is any of these: Matches specific suppliers.
  • Supplier is none of these: Excludes specific suppliers.
  • When Add to cart: Triggers when product is added to cart.
  • When Visible: Triggers when product is visible.
  • When Discontinued: Triggers when product is discontinued.
  • Product is edited: Checks if the product has been modified.
  • Product is not edited: Checks if the product has not been modified.
  • Product Availability (empty / not empty / equals / does not equal / contains / not contains): Checks product availability field.
  • Option is: Matches specific option.
  • Option description contains: Matches part of option description.
  • Addition is: Matches specific addition.
  • Addition description contains: Matches part of addition description.
  • Discontinued for more than: When product is discontinued for more than a specific number of days.
  • Discontinued for less than: When product is discontinued for less than a specific number of days.

Dimensions

  • Weight, Height, Width, Depth: Each can be checked if empty, not empty, equals, does not equal, greater than, less than, greater than or equal to, less than or equal to.

SEO

  • Page Title, Meta Description, Search Keywords: Each can be checked if empty, not empty, equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain.

Warranty

  • Warranty is empty / not empty / equals / does not equal / contains / not contains: Checks warranty text.

Sorting

  • Sort Order: Can be checked if empty, not empty, equals, does not equal, greater than, less than, greater than or equal to, less than or equal to.

Dates

  • Product Updated Date: Equals, does not equal, before, after, before or equal, after or equal.
  • Product Created Date: Before, after, before or equal, after or equal.
  • Product First Listed Date: Before, after, before or equal, after or equal.
  • Prices Changed Date: Equals, does not equal, before, after, before or equal, after or equal.
  • Product discontinued date: before or equal to, after, before or equal.

Additional Fields

  • Additional Info (empty / not empty / equals / does not equal / contains / not contains): Checks additional info field.
  • Product is active / inactive: Checks product status.
  • Product has been verified / has not been verified: Checks verification status.
  • Product has any category / no category: Checks category assignment.
  • Category is any of these / none of these: Matches or excludes categories.
  • Product has any Custom Field / missing Custom Fields: Checks for presence of custom fields.
  • Product has a specific Custom Field / has a specific Custom Field and contains / does not contain / does not have a specific Custom Field: Matches against custom field values.
  • Product has attribute / attribute and contains: Checks attributes.
  • Option type contains / Addition type contains: Matches based on type.
  • Product missing Image: Checks if no product image is uploaded.
