Why are my created brands missing and unknown brands appearing on my storefront?

Brands are managed through your system's sync with your storefront. Editing or creating brands directly on your storefront can cause sync issues, leading to the removal of your brands and the appearance of others.

Solution:

• Manage Brands Through Sync: Avoid direct edits on your storefront.
• Create Rules: Set and keep active rules in your system to add or remove brands.
• Use CSV Uploads: Adjust brand information using CSV uploads.
