Creating New Sizes
The easiest way to create or update sizes in bulk is by using the Size Colour CSV import. This is useful when you need to add sizes across multiple products, rather than editing each product individually from the Edit Product page.
Step 1: Export the Size Colour CSV
Go to the Suppliers tab and click on the Colours & Sizes icon in order to export the CSV file. Once exported, open the CSV file in a spreadsheet program such as Excel or Google Sheets.

Step 2: Identify products without sizes
Review the exported CSV and identify any products that do not currently have sizes. For products that require sizes, add the required size values directly into the file. Make sure each size is entered consistently and in the correct column format required by the CSV.
Step 3: Import the CSV back into Xada
Once the file has been updated, import the Size Colour CSV back into Xada in the same page where the file was exported (Suppliers -> Colours & Sizes). Xada will process the file and create or update the relevant sizes and size-colour combinations.

Important Notes:
- Duplicate sizes are not allowed. If a size already exists for the product, Xada will not create it again.
- If you are editing products that were created from an automated supplier feed, such as Promodata, some colours and sizes may already exist from the supplier data. You can add your own sizes and update existing entries where permitted, but supplier-originated entries generally cannot be deleted.

After importing, review a sample of products in the Edit Product page to confirm that the sizes and variants have been created correctly.
