Category Structure Filtering
The Category Structure view provides a flexible way to visualise and filter your category hierarchy, making it easier to understand how your products are organised.
You can apply filters such as supplier, parent category, or channel (depending on your Xada configuration) to focus on specific parts of your catalogue. This allows you to view how categories are structured, compare supplier category mappings, and quickly assess how products are distributed across your storefront.
Using these filters, you can efficiently review multiple suppliers at once, check product distribution within categories, and ensure your category structure aligns with how you want products to appear on your storefront.
What the filtering view is used for
You can use the Category Structure Filtering view to:
- Review categories linked to one or more suppliers
- Check product quantities across storefront categories
- Compare active and inactive products
- Review category structures by channel, if you use a multi-channel licence
- Confirm which products and categories are ready to sync with your storefront
How to filter the category structure
- Go to the Categories tab.
- Click Structure at the top of the screen.
- Select your filter options at the top of the page.
- Click Apply.
