How do I create a new user?

Creating a new user in Xada can be done in the Users page.

Step 1: Go to Users page

On the dashboard of Xada, click the Users tab to enter the Users page.

Step 2: Create the User

Click the Create User button at the top right of the screen. A modal will pop up, prompting you to input the following details:

• First Name*
• Last Name*
• Email Address*
• Password*
• Phone Number
• Group*

When creating the new password of the user, we recommend using long, unique passphrases that are 15+ characters, with a combination of letters, numbers and unique characters.

You have successfully created a new user. Using the email and password, you can log into the new user account.
