Can I import images?

Xada does not host/allow images to be uploaded. To add images to a product or category, only URLs are accepted.

For hosting your own images to use for Xada's products and on the website, there are several third-party image hosts, or your CMS (BigCommerce, WordPress, Shopify, etc) may allow images to be uploaded to the site and the URLs can then be linked to Xada.

We always recommend hosting your own images where possible, as if you link from a supplier's website, there is a risk that the supplier may delete the image or change the URL path and cause your product's or category's image to disappear.
