Why is my export taking a long time to complete?

Exports can take several hours to complete, depending on the number of products and related entities being exported. Most storefront platforms enforce API rate limits, which Xada must respect to avoid exceeding predefined thresholds.

Even for platforms that allow unlimited API calls, the initial export may still take a significant amount of time due to factors such as:

• The volume of products being created
• Image processing
• Associated entities (options, variants, categories, etc.)

Subsequent updates to existing products are typically much faster than an initial export.
